This transformative session is for you when you are ready to access your inner wisdom and innate power. Connecting with your Higher Self, each session is unique to your specific needs, offering support to deepen your understanding, clear blocks and limitations, obtain insights from your Divine Guidance and improve energetic alignment.

What to Expect

Your session is dedicated to addressing your goals and to resolving the source of imbalance and dis-harmony. Through connection with your Higher Self, the part of you that is guiding you in this and every lifetime, you will obtain insight, address the underlying reason for physical symptoms to support you to restore inner peace.

Session format (approx)

30 minutes to discuss goals and establish session needs.
45 minutes of energy therapy, fully clothed, lying on massage table or reclining.
Modality (type of energy therapy) will be as guided – combination of energy therapies – kinesiology, reiki, crystal, or similar, EFT, NLP or regression.
15 minutes to debrief and discuss moving forward in alignment.
